We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is a dependable, detailed, team player. You will be the first point of contact and provide primary support to our team and our clients.

Job Title:Executive Assistant
Department: Operations
Reports to: CEO
Work Hours: 8am 5pm, Mon Fri; overtime as needed
Starting Pay Scale: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + Benefits
Position Summary: Running all Job Boards. Interviews, phone screening, recruiting, hiring, onboarding. Social Media & Marketing. HR, Culture, Engagement. Upholding company Core Values. Misc. Office work. Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Maintain the product literature for the sales staff. Other accounting support as directed by the Office Manager.
