Business Development Center Representatives
Hart Nissan, located in Mechanicsville VA (Minutes from Richmond) is in search of Business Development Center (BDC) candidates. Our successful BDC utilizes innovative phone and internet strategies to drive customers to our Dealership. A background in customer service or telemarketing is desired but not required. This is a full-time position and there is NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED! We provide our representatives with superior training in order to provide our customers with an exceptional purchase experience.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries.
· Receive all inbound sales calls.
· Set appointments with customers.
· Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
· Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer.
· Willingness to work in a team environment and follow directions.
· Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
· Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
· Follow all company policies and procedures.
· Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
