A leading digital streaming network is seeking an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will support an SVP Human Resources for both Production HR and Corporate HR for multiple brands in scripted (US and international), unscripted (UK/Europe/Australia/New Zealand), late night, daytime talk, and animation programming. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the business side of entertainment space, preferably television or film strongly preferred; agency experience a plus; experience working at a studio or network a plus. Executive Assistant - SVP, Production & Corporate HRPay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr

- 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Executive Assistant - SVP, Production & Corporate HRResponsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive administrative support including but not limited to heavy calendaring across international time zones, coordinating meetings with Studio- and show-based clients and colleagues at creative and production offices, arranging conference calls, and handling a schedule that involves supporting two division presidents, their EVPs,
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality given that the role handles HR and employment matters relating to television production including executives and talent.
- Manage heavy calendaring and meeting coordination, including across international time zones.
- Coordinate multiple high-level meetings and conference calls and support for a variety of different types of issues going on simultaneously, and a schedule that changes on the fly.
- Work closely and productively with other Executive Assistants to ensure efficient coordination of meeting times, dates, and technology.
- Provide executive-level administrative support including meeting and travel planning, managing expense reports, scheduling, phone/mail, supplies, filing, and other business-related duties.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties at a fast and constantly changing pace.
- Handle heavy telephone contact with all levels of internal and external executive and creative management and employees.
- Answer routine questions and furnish information promptly, with an ability to seek out information and problem-solve within a large organization.
- Exercise excellent judgment in monitoring and prioritizing information flow and meetings throughout the day.
- Utilize judgment in handling inquiries from vendors, candidates, and employees, and resolve concerns/issues, as necessary.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion. - Plan staff and other team events including staff meetings, senior team meetings, and off-sites when necessary. This includes managing all aspects including vendor selection, catering, audiovisual, and other logistics.
- Assist with short and long-term projects, research, and produce presentations using various presentation software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Executive Assistant - SVP, Production & Corporate HRQualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the business side of entertainment space, preferably television or film strongly preferred; agency experience a plus; experience working at a studio or network a plus.
- BA/BS from an accredited university or college, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
- Demonstrated professional commitment to a career path as an Executive Assistant or a career in an administrative/corporate role with a demonstrated academic and professional interest in HR, finance, and/or administration required.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of management.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible, organized, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented.
- Proactive approach with the ability to independently seek out answers and resources.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle numerous projects and deadlines in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Executive Assistant - SVP, Production & Corporate HRShift:
- From 8 am to 6 pm with occasional off hours as we work internationally.
- Willing to work flexible hours to support an international production HR schedule; occasional evening and weekend support as needed.
- The ability to work overtime, as needed.
