- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls (low volume).
- Obtain and send information or documents by computer, mail, and fax machine.
- Greet walk-in visitors and customers and escort them to specific destinations.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Keep appointment calendars and take messages.
