OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT who would love to help a small commercial real estate investment company run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administration of a small office, including answering the phone, taking deliveries, coordinating mail, interfacing with vendors, greeting guests and maintaining the computers, printer, and copier.
- Manage the record keeping for over 20 different real estate investments, working with both legal and financial documents.
- Support administrative needs of the President and Senior Vice Presidents as needed, such as scheduling, correspondence, and travel.
- Support the Accountant with light bookkeeping and health/dental benefit annual renewals.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a life-long love of organizing and keeping things in their proper places.
- Has the persistence, detail orientation and problem-solving ability to see a project to its completion with little oversight.
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Associates or College degree with 4+ years of successful office administration experience, preferably with commercial real estate or finance. Gaps in employment for family care are OK. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience with MS Office Suite as well as Sage 50/QuickBooks or similar financial software. Very comfortable with computer and office equipment.
- Criminal background check and credit check will be required upon hire.
