We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our headquarters in Richmond, VA. **Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, and meetings.
- Maximize the CEO’s time by handling correspondence, drafting documents, and conducting research.
- Prepare daily agendas with relevant documents, notes, and schedules.
- Attend meetings, document minutes, memos, and action items, and organize and distribute related materials.
- Screen and direct calls and emails, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documents.
- Make and manage travel arrangements and coordinate special projects as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong technology aptitude and a quick learner of new systems.
- Planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Knowledge of the transportation, trucking, or tire industry is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
