EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the daily scheduling and calendar management of the President/Owner/Administrator of Active Plus Home Health Care, Inc. and two other healthcare facilities. The Assistant will be attending events, answering phone calls, and reporting to the president/owner as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing the daily scheduling and calendar management of the president of the company.
2. Attending events and answering phone calls as needed.
3. Reporting to the president of the company's home, company offices, or other locations as needed.
4. Performs other necessary functions and duties as assigned by the Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Calendar management: Experience in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing appointments for executives.
2. Currently has a driver's license and owns a personal vehicle.
3. Strong communication skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting emails, memos, and reports.
4. Attention to detail: Meticulous in handling administrative tasks, proofreading documents, and maintaining accuracy in data entry.
5. Discretion and professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
6. Problem-solving skills: Resourceful in resolving issues independently and making quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
7. Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.
8. Proactive mindset: Anticipates the needs of executives and takes initiative to provide support and assistance before it is requested.
