Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative and executive support of a highly complex and responsible nature dedicated to supporting the Chief of Staff in addition to the Office of the President and team. Interfaces with a high level of internal/external contacts require considerable discretion and initiative.
  • This is a fully onsite position.
Pay Range
Minimum $36.15 Midpoint $47.90 Maximum $59.65
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
  • Required: Minimum five (5) years of C-suite support experience. Minimum one year in a Senior/Lead position or supervisory capacity job.
  • Preferred: Seven (7) years of C-suite support experience supporting a Board of Directors and C-suite Executive. Prior healthcare industry and/or non-profit governance experience.
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
  • Preferred: College degree or extensive relevant experience in related field.
Specialized Skills
  • Required: Proficient typing skills; ability to compose grammatically correct and effective correspondence; ability to compose accurate, complete and concise minutes; must be competent and accurate in heavy calendar management and the coordination of complex executive meetings. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Ability to prioritize and complete duties in a timely and organized manner. Ability to work well under pressure and competing deadlines. Ability to compose business correspondence, take minutes, organize meetings, track deliverables, manage many simultaneous projects autonomously and maintain strict confidentiality; detail oriented; learner, and work works well in team- based environment. Exceptional interpersonal communication, organization, critical-thinking and listening skills; ability to work effectively with individuals on all levels including executive staff and Board members. Good phone and communication skills. Self-starter and able to work independently. Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Must exercise accuracy, sound judgment, independent thinking, initiative, courtesy, tact, patience, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion; Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), video conferencing (Zoom), internet, email/calendaring
  • Organization, including document filing and creation of binders for leadership meeting preparation
  • PowerPoint preparation and editing
  • Ability to support heavy scheduling and serve as back-up to team members
  • Dedicated support for Chief of Staff, including meeting scheduling, Board of Directors report development, senior meeting support
  • Advanced correspondence duties
