Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for an Executive/ Administrative Assistant to the COO for a large Hospitality/ Restaurant company in Dallas, TX.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Providing management and support for travel and travel related planning. Ensuring efficient
travel and use of time while managing costs responsibly.
2. Managing the calendar and resource requirements to optimum productivity for the COO.
3. Managing the flow of communications - email, voice mail, correspondence – to and from the
COO and other key Operations executives.
4. Planning meetings, conference calls, Zoom or Teams calls to COOrdinate multiple schedules.
5. Planning weekly 1x1’s with direct supports and follow-up
6. Attending most meetings and 1x1’s to take notes and coordinate follow-up.
7. Provide daily and weekly summary of communications, assignments and follow-up
requirements.
8. Preparation of meeting presentation materials, both analytical reports and PowerPoint
presentations.
9. Maintaining correspondence history and documentation for the COO.
10. Expense report management and preparation.
Project Related Advanced Duties:
1. Working with the COO and other Operation Team leaders to document and track project related
initiatives.
2. Using business analytic data, prepare spreadsheets and analysis of use by the COO in making key
decisions.
3. Develop and provide reporting including Customer Satisfaction Data, Key Operations Metrics
and Financial data.
4. Build and maintain spreadsheets that track and document historical performance of key
business indicators.
5. Manage reoccurring purchasing requirements for Operations and Operations related
departments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Strong Power Point skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest integrity.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior C-level support experience
Restaurant or retail experience a plus
