We are searching for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a renowned Fashion Brand. This company is synonymous with timeless elegance, innovation, and a commitment to craftsmanship. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the executive office.
Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time.
• Handle complex travel arrangements, including accommodation, and itinerary planning.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication to manage the CEO's time effectively.
• Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives led by the CEO.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
