Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and emulate a welcoming, friendly environment for both clients and team members alike.
- Assist CEO with project planning, implementation, and execution.
- Generate well-written correspondence for both internal and external communications.
- Utilize programs such as PowerPoint and other Office tools to support project management functions.
- Communicate with clients or prospects to set up visits via email or phone call.
- Manage the busy personal schedule for CEO and others as required, including travel and meeting coordination.
- Manage logistics for CEO that allow for a high level of productivity.
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the CEO.
