We’re looking for an Executive Assistant/ Jr. Chief of Staff who will play a pivotal role supporting our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at facilitating seamless operations at the highest level. This role is instrumental in optimizing our executive's time, fostering a positive company culture, and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication responses.

  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and optimizing their time for strategic engagements.

  • Undertake special projects, conduct research, analysis, and providing comprehensive insights for informed decision-making.

  • Spearhead culture initiatives, organizing events and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO and ensuring that their time is dedicated to high-priority tasks.

  • Liaise effectively between internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally and efficiently.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Hours
: Full Time (40-50 hours per week) - Hybrid work from home schedule

Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000

Classification: Exempt
