FTF Behavioral Consulting provides on-site and distance-based training and support to service organizations, schools, and hospitals to optimize processes and outcomes for children and adolescents diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or intellectual disability who engage in severe problem behavior.
Overview:
The Executive Assistant will perform a broad range of administrative and business support tasks. Primary responsibilities will be organizing scheduling, travel, and communications related to workshop presentations for the CEO. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating and assisting personnel within and outside the company to ensure the timely completion of daily operational tasks. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging and dynamic role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Making travel and conference arrangements for company CEO;
- Complete personal errands for the CEO, including airport drop off and pick up;
- Assisting with scheduling for CEO using Calendly;
- Preparing expense reports for CEO travel and company projects;
- Traveling on-site with the CEO for workshops and trainings (US and International);
- Managing presentation requests and logistics for company CEO (e.g., coordinating itineraries, making plane and hotel bookings, etc.);
- Acting as the main contact for company Live Events and Workshops, including planning, implementation, and follow up (e.g., managing on-site CEUs, registration, scheduling, etc.);
- Assisting in fielding sales calls and website inquiries;
- Developing graphics and collecting photos from on-site trainings to ensure a consistent, integrated and comprehensive system of social media communications.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent required;
- Two years of administrative experience required;
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required;
- Ability to use publishing Software (Microsoft Publisher or similar program);
- Ability to operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little supervision;
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed (including occasional nights, and some weekends);
- Willingness and availability to travel in the US and Internationally;
- Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and perform job duties in stressful situations;
- Willingness to adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner;
- Ability to professionally and confidentially handle sensitive information and complex communications;
- Willingness to support CEO and Consultants with additional duties and projects as needed;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent understanding of English, both written and verbal required. Additional language experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
