Alliance Technologies is a contract testing lab near Princeton, NJ. We are focused on providing the exceptional analytical testing services to solve challenging product or manufacturing problems through chemical analysis. We apply our knowledge of chemistry to product accurate and reliable data and offer insight for clients in many industries including pharmaceutical, personal care, cosmetics, specialty chemical and chemical or materials manufacturers.
```Duties:```
- Provide high-level administrative support to CEO
- Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review
- Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives as assigned
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and attend tradeshows, meetings and industry networking events
- Maintain CRM system and social media accounts
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with web design, graphic design, design styles a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Well spoken and ability to interact with clients and staff professionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Some travel required (~25%)
