The ability to be flexible and to change direction at a moment’s notice is critical. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
You will be able to anticipate needs, highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
Key job responsibilities

  • Work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group
  • Management of team's space

  • Work well with other Assistants throughout the team and across the company
  • Develop and maintain a one stop shop system and process for all documentation both electronically and manually.
  • Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance.
  • React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.
