How you make a difference:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain files, type correspondence, and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle mailings and distributions within the Hospital and community, effectively managing communication flow.
- Manage calendars, schedule activities, and prepare documentation for Governing Board meetings.
- Collect and track timesheets of relevant staff, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Prioritize and relay mail (email and hard copies) and take minutes during assigned meetings, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College level courses preferable but not mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, two of which must have been in support of upper management in the private sector or private/public partnerships. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet.
