Lash Invasion is a Ecommerce brand that sells high-quality lash extension supplies and comprehensive training programs for aspiring lash technicians around the world. Our mission is to empower individuals in their lash journey by offering high-end lash products and equipping them with the necessary skills and resources for success. We are elevating the brand and wanting new high level performance members on the team. We have expanded from Atlanta to Houston and offer aesthetic and lash training services in our new location. We are very well known and verse in our industry, looking for someone who is well versed not just in the beauty industry but also business ethics. WHAT WE NEED?
We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant who is creative,reliable,organized, and that can execute any task at hand. Tasks would be social media, event coordinating, handling emails, client scheduling, as well as managing front desk. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn about the brand and how to manage the business within the beauty industry and can actively execute various ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have a passion for learning and growing within the company. Also who has experience in clientele building & experience , social media strategy, and Executive Assistant duties to a salon/beauty ecommerce company. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday or Part Time Tuesday & Thursday
9AM - 4 PM

This position is based in Bellaire, Texas mins away from galleria and requires a commitment of
18- 20 hours per week during regular business hours. You have the opportunity to move up your position and get full time. This job requires in-person meetings for planning, collaboration, implementing systems and strategy, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
This allows for effective communication and seamless coordination within the team.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Collaborate in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and timeline for the forthcoming months in a timely manner.
● Creating systems throughout the e-commerce side of the business, like crm, financial, and more

● Oversee and administer data & analytics from website,sales, and customer retention
● Contacting customers regarding their orders and obtaining feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
● Oversee inventory management and handle timely package shipments.
● Fulfilling and preparing orders for shipment.
● Procurement of Resources and Supplies.
● Providing support during photoshoot days and assisting with various behind-the-scenes responsibilities and additional tasks.
● Assisting in the preparation of training materials for upcoming in-person training classes, as well as providing support during the sessions.
● Acquiring proficiency in Facebook’s Ads Manager and Business Manager platforms
● Collaborating on creative concepts and generating ideas to develop upcoming photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and other related projects.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:

● A genuine enthusiasm for the Beauty/Lash industry
● An ideal candidate who is either currently enrolled in or has recently completed a marketing program with a specialized focus on social media and content creation.
● Proficient knowledge and expertise in using Shopify, Canva, Google Analytics, SEO, Bookkeeping, Google Calendar

Media Platforms.
● Proficient knowledge and expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest platforms.

● Proficiency in English & Spanish language, exceptional speaking and writing skills.
● Exhibits a results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving success through the use of analytics and metrics.
● Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
● Embodies qualities of reliability, enthusiasm, proactive attitude, dependability, a positive outlook, and a drive to take initiative.
● Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance or supervision.
● Demonstrate ability to swiftly grasp and adapt to new software applications.
● Strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
● Demonstrate proactive behavior and self-motivation.
● Strong customer service skills are a must for this role.
● A valid Driver's License and personal transportation going to work.
