SalaryEstablished real estate investment and Property Management firm based in Ventura County is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated admin professional to join the headquarters leadership team.
The position includes comprehensive training by the Senior Asset Management Team involving operation of commercial and apartment communities in southern California and Nevada.

Duties include working with the asset management team to monitor income, expenses, delinquencies, market surveys, budgets, property inspections, property and site manager performance.
Requirements:
Proficient with MS Office
Organized, professional and happy outlook
Very Helpful:
Bachelor’s Degree
Property management experience
Yardi Voyager Experience
