N.O.A.H's Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to providing aid and support to disadvantaged communities in South Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
As an Executive Assistant at N.O.A.H's Foundation Inc., you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting materials. You will also assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and maintaining confidential files. In addition, you will help plan and execute company events and manage communication between the executive team and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization and external partners. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience using online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executive team.
- Plan and execute company events, including coordinating logistics, booking venues, and managing guest lists.
- Manage correspondence and communication between the executive team and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools, such as G Suite or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
