Position: Mini-Golf and Brewery Attendant

Location: The Greens Oak Ridge

The Greens Oak Ridge is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mini-Golf and Brewery Attendant. Our unique establishment combines the fun of mini-golf with the craftsmanship of a local brewery, creating a family-friendly environment that serves our community's desire for leisure and relaxation. As a pivotal team member, you will enhance our guests' experience by providing excellent service, maintaining the mini-golf course, serving craft beer, and preparing simple food items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beer Serving: Efficiently serve a variety of beers, adhering strictly to Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TNABC) guidelines and regulations. Previous experience pouring beer and knowledge of different beer types are essential.
• Mini-Golf Course Maintenance: Ensure the mini-golf course is in pristine condition, including cleaning, minor repairs, and tending to landscaping needs to provide guests with an enjoyable experience.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve simple food items, such as hotdogs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all guests, assisting with questions, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the brewery and mini-golf areas. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check due to the job's requirement to work around children.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required by management to ensure the smooth operation of The Greens Oak Ridge.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
• Experience in serving beer and familiarity with TNABC regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various tasks.
• Willingness to engage in cleaning, maintenance, and food preparation tasks.
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.69 - $18.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
