Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level.
- Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues.
- Prepare and submit all expense reports.
- Maintain executives CRM.
- Coordinate travel both domestic and international.
- 5 plus years' experience working in Investment Banking.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000
