- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software such as ProCore or Bluebeam

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for scheduling

- Collaborate with the project team to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts

- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes or delays

- Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project status

- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review schedules and address any issues or concerns

- Assist in the development of construction estimates and budgets

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deadlines

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in project scheduling and coordination within the construction industry

- Proficiency in scheduling software such as ProCore or Bluebeam

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and best practices

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with project management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
