Our client is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant Contractor in Baltimore, MD. This assignment would be for 3-4 Month, from Mid-June until October.
The position provides direct executive support to the President, Global operations and President, Strategy & Business Development and other executives as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manager calendars and coordination of meetings effectively via Outlook, communicating changes promptly and working with others requesting time with clients, employees and owners
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for executive and other visitors as needed
- Event planning and execution on site and occasionally at remote locations and facilities
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Track ongoing company initiatives on behalf of executives, driving data capture and, in some cases serving as a project lead
- Duties may include assistance with documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Interact with office and regional leadership across N. America, Asia, and Middle East
Requirements:
- 7-10 Years as an executive level administrative assistant or dedicated executive project manager
- Experience working in a dynamic corporate office setting
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relayed field preferred
- Project management or other certifications helpful
- Expert level MS office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Solid understanding of travel systems
- Excellent problem solving, decisions making, initiative and independent follow-up
- Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment
