This role is responsible for handling various duties, projects, and tasks that will enable them to focus on operational strategy and customers. Responsible for calendar management, day-to-day administrative and office items, coordinating and arranging travel plans, preparing and editing presentations and reports, event scheduling, planning, and coordinating while providing continuous support to executives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complex calendar management requiring interaction with internal and external stakeholders and staff to track, support, and coordinate all meetings, ensuring time management is maintained.
- Oversee and process day to day administrative items including, but not limited to, expense reports, department budgets, invoice coding, purchase and travel card coding, office and break room supplies, general building management, and office events.
- Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Maintain daily professional communication with executives to develop and maintain familiarity with relevant projects with which the contacts are involved and develop working relationships with both internal and external individuals involved in each project.
- Plan and execute various sized meetings, events, conferences, and marketing events to include registering, scheduling, catering, set up, clean up, transcription, and action item follow up.
- Participation in professional organizations and other meetings outside of normal working hours is required.
- Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, advertising initiatives.
- Maintain organized files related to marketing projects, campaigns, and contacts, ensuring easy access to information and efficient workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Education
- Associate's Degree in general business, accounting, marketing, or relevant field.
Experience
- Relevant experience in administrative or executive assistance.
- Relevant experience in event planning, marketing, and branding.
