Purpose: To assist with administrative duties of the Lead Pastor of the church and work with members of the congregation and the church staff to achieve LifeSpring Christian Church’s vision, mission and strategy, i.e.,

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will make sure that the Lead Pastor is given the necessary support for the successful implementation of the vision of the church.
Character
The Executive Assistant must live in a manner supporting and participating in the LifeSpring Christian Church approach to growth in all aspects of the Christian life at home, work, or recreation: becoming a church of disciples who make disciples.

Job Duties (Included but not limited to)
Prepare and edit/proof correspondence, communications, presentation and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Conduct research, assemble, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain Lead Pastor’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (if needed)
· Arrange, coordinate, and attend assigned meetings and events
· Transcribe notes for meetings
· Receive and screen incoming communications to Lead Pastor’s office
· Communicate with internal staff at all levels
· Coordinate project based work
· Initiate and track visitor follow up process for first time visitors
· Coordinate with Lead Pastor on outside events
· Assist with staff retreats (meals, lodging arrangements, etc)
· Administrate communication strategy for events, initiatives, projects utilizing website, app, and social media.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
