Minimum Years of Experience: 6

• The Executive Assistant will support the Legal Services department of the facility, a 260-bed community hospital. The EA will also support other hospital departments as assigned.
• 40 hours/week, day shift, Monday - Friday
• Candidate must have at least six (6) years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within a larger organization
• Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience must include executive responsibilities including managing leaders' schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, taking and transcribing meeting minutes, managing aggressive customers, serving as a committee member, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
