Description
To goal of this position is to the assist the agents in fully engaging in certain marketing verticals within
the company including but not limited to Commercial, Global Luxury, and Property Management. This
person will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Marketing Team to develop and deliver
valuable tools the agents can use to research, market, and sell/lease/manage properties.
This position will be based in the Old Town Winchester office, Monday-Friday, 9-5. Some light
administrative duties will be needed such as greeting customers, answering the phones, depositing
checks, and helping agents with basic tasks.
Duties Include
General knowledge, but not required of the Commercial tools like Buildout, Reonomy, Bluemail,
REBackOffice, will be trained.
Assisting Commercial agents with research and pitch preparation using company tools
Coordinating commercial signage installation and removal
Entering properties into the MLS or Costar, as needed
Familiarity with the Global Luxury standards and programs available - will be trained
Managing the GL inventory in dash and auditing the site to ensure compliance and visibility of
the listing inventory
Tracking the advertising schedule, sending reminders to agents and working with Marketing to
ensure on-time ad delivery
Maintaining the Luxury agent group list and tracking certification eligibility
Assisting the Property Management department with owner research and marketing
Creating and sending email or print marketing materials
Other duties as assigned within these programs
Training on various propriety programs will be provided
Skills to Possess or Develop
Proactively reach out to producers and offer services
Developing a proficiency in email marketing tools like MailChimp, Bluemail, etc
Possess a working knowledge of Canva for some design work
Understand or learn Adobe Acrobat
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are highly appreciated
Great people skills are a must
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
