- Review and approve invoices for accounts payable.
- Assist with coordination of Community Portal and be a resource to other department leaders.
- Take minutes of meetings
- Read and analyze incoming communications, memos and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Provide a general orientation to new residents moving into Independent and Assisted Living.
- Assist with development and implementation of both Independent Living and Assisted Living admission processes and ensure residents are warmly oriented to campus.
- Follow-up on resident issues or concerns with other department services, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Facilitate and coordinate resident and/or associate concerns to Department Director or Manager.
- Support interdisciplinary team approach by listening to concerns and suggestions and by providing follow-up and feedback in a timely manner to Director or Manager.
- Assist with safety drills and emergencies, as needed.
- Coordinate AV needs for the campus.
- Oversee and coordinate the use of Twin Lakes’ guest accommodations and room reservations.
