Damovo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistantreporting to the Group CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and career-driven individual to gain in-depth experience in a global organization with ambitious growth and expansion targets.
The primary function of this role is to work with the US-based CEO and his senior executives across the US and Europe, enhancing their effectiveness by providing administrative support in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comprehensive, confidential support of the day-to-day duties of the Group CEO, anticipating administrative and logistical requirements
- Organizing internal and external meetings or conferences including the invitations, preparing agendas, documenting and distributing minutes/actions, preparing and updating follow-up activities
- Tracking deliverables on behalf of the CEO
- Extensive calendar management, scheduling and coordination
- Extensive global travel arrangements and travel preparation
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, briefing papers, reports and spreadsheets
- Processing of business expenses and related bookkeeping
- Providing expert administrative and office support as well as any other ad hoc roles required
- Potentially assisting in the management and administration of a new office and distribution center in North Carolina
- Three years recent experience providing EA support at a senior level
- Advanced Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Experienced travel planner
- Very organized and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking individual with a passion for achieving results
- Positive attitude with the ability to prioritize workload to meet and manage deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality are imperative in this role
- Occasional travel may be necessary
- This position will involve both working at the office of the CEO in the Raleigh/Durham area and working remotely (50/50)
