This position will require the following:
Specialized Support:
- High proficiency in all Microsoft office products with specialized knowledge in Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, calendaring and is skilled in audio/video/projectors/cable, etc.
- Ability to create and produce specialized reports from a variety of data bases and convert to charts, graphs, and other appropriate media
- Skilled in data analysis: collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using various tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends and insights.
- Excellent project organization and prioritization including the organization and facilitation of engineering special events and meetings.
- Flexibility and able to change focus as required
Communication and soft skills:
- Refined communication skills at all levels of the organization in many different locations, including globally
- Professional demeanor with the talent of developing good rapport with internal and external customers
- Become knowledgeable of all HYG domestic and international locations and appropriate engineering and executive personnel to precisely and accurately communicate information and Global VP of Product Development’s requests, etc. .
- Use of tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive, intra-company issues and matters of highly confidential nature.

Administrative Support:
- Manage calendar for executive as required.
- Organize travel requirements working with onsite travel agent
- Process expense reports as needed
- Assist in meeting arrangements and logistics both onsite and in other locations worldwide.
- Provide support to visiting executives
- Handle typical office administrative functions (correspondence, receiving and processing mail, filing, supplies, copying, expense reporting, scheduling, calendaring)
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate person and/or provide assistance personally
- Greet internal and external customers as a liaison to the executive
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Data Analytics preferred
- 5-7 years of experience working with computer-digital technology and executive assistant experience
- Proficient in data analysis, research and reporting using technical tools and software
- Highly Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility in managing multiple projects and demands
- Excellent organizational skills
- Extensive customer service and being comfortable working with c-suite individuals
