We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us. We want to meet you if you are a tech-savvy professional with excellent customer service experience. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ who can provide excellent service via phone, email, or face-to-face with community owners.
BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Our Virginia Beach offices are growing, and we want to add an Executive Assistant who can run our office and work with the Accounts Payable Manager. This position will be a blend of administrative office duties and accounting work.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Both phone calls and emails should be monitored regularly.
- Upload invoices, print accounting reports, assist employees and clients with reviewing their accounts, chart and code expenses, and assist with banking deposits.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
