What will you be doing?
- Provides administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership team
- Point of contact for President/CEO
- Coordinate various projects and work groups as directed by the President/CEO.
- Ensure that any deadlines established by President/CEO (e.g., to have a document notarized by a specific date) are met.
- Conference room setup includes audio/visual needs, coordinating dietary requests, minute taking and preparation, and preparing information/packets to be distributed prior to the meeting
- Read and analyze incoming memos, documents, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Organize/maintain the calendar and make all travel arrangements for the President/CEO.
- Performs additional duties as assigned. Adheres to AID's Values, Service Excellence, or Standards of Excellence.
- Five or more years of professional/administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or a related field required
- Solid Microsoft, database management experience
- BoardEffect application knowledge preferred
- Experience working in a non-profit organization desired
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to meeting timelines
