Job Description
We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. The EA has a strong “get it done” attitude, follows tasks through from idea to completion, problem solving any issues along with way with minimal supervision. Compensation:$35,000
Responsibilities:Team Operations
- Tracking and Reporting of Business Statistics & Numbers
- Creation and implementation of new systems when necessary
- Provide Training to team when new systems or programs are implemented
- Scheduling Meeting time, dates & locations
- Celebrating & Recognizing Team Member successes, milestones and personal celebrations
- Social Media account management
- Maintaining/Updating ordering team supplies–business cards, business presentations, online business information, etc.
- Email inbox & calendar management for Owner & DOO
- Planning and overseeing coordination of team events--annual Goal Setting Retreat, VIP customer events, quarterly events, Team gatherings, etc.
Sales Team Management
- Creating & Managing communication & marketing templates
- Tracking of Lead Rotation/Management/Follow-Up Systems
Real Organization Attraction/Onboarding
- Scheduling dates, times & locations for meetings on a weekly basis
- Tracking invites
- Confirming schedules & RSVP numbers to meeting hosts
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
