This Team Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting two financial advisors in their daily client activities. Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office application is required as well a the ability to learn and become proficient at other software programs used in the day to day operations, such as: Zoom Meeting, Red Tail CRM, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat and proprietary client account servicing platforms. This role requires significant client interaction and candidates should be competent and comfortable speaking with clients and fielding questions. Candidates will be responsible to schedule and confirm client appointments for advisors and prepare necessary materials for client meetings.
Additional duties include:
New Business: paperwork generation & processing using DocuSign
Insurance: paperwork, exam scheduling, follow up with the processor, policy delivery
Investments: paperwork, follow up with processor/NetX, ACAT reconciliation
Electronic file creation and maintenance
Client correspondence and appointment/ calendar scheduling
Ad Hoc Services, such as:
Insurance: premiums billing and processing, change of ownership/beneficiary, etc.
Investment: RMD processing and tracking, cash requests, ACH setup, etc.
Client onboarding & maintenance
