Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a financial services or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the team and job schedule.
