SalaryDuties:
-Bilingual- Be able to speak and write in English and Spanish
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and process invoices
-Respond to emails
-Be tech-saavy be able to update website with inventory and business social media account
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in data entry and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Knowledge of financial services industry and SOX compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
