Job Description
- Act as a vital support resource to the executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and helping them stay focused & efficient.
- Assist in the planning and execution of bank events, including sending out invitations and supporting logistics coordination.
- Take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, ensuring that all discussions, decisions, and action items are documented effectively.
- Keep critical documents, reports, and files organized and readily accessible. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to maintain a professional image.
- Manage daily office operations, from ordering supplies to maintaining office equipment. Create an environment that fosters productivity and teamwork.
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Admin
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent typing, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and can excel independently or as part of a team
