40% Event Execution: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate staff are informed and prepared to support each event. Coordinate with Marketing to ensure all event pre-promotion, on-site needs, and post-event communications are facilitated timely and accurately. Facilitate all aspects of planning with outside vendors, inclusive of location planning, menu planning (if applicable), AV capabilities, contracts, budgets, etc.
30% Events Strategy and Planning:Manage the development, planning, budgeting, and execution of Club events. Conceptualize new engagement events that align with organization’s KPIs and further engage current and new AAA members. Develop strategy for assessing participation in events that will enhance the Sales and HR recruiting processes and support brand recognition and community partnerships. Maintain an inventory of event support materials in each region.
20% Event Analysis and Optimization: Conduct post-event surveys and construct recaps that evaluate the overall event effectiveness and budget compliance. Communicate key findings to appropriate internal departments that assist in data driven decision making. Assist business lines with return on investment (ROI) and return of objective (ROO) metrics for each event and partnership. Adjust and optimize strategy for future events based on these findings.
10% Internal Event Communication: Create, manage, and distribute a corporate events calendar. Lead regular event planning and performance meetings with business lines, stakeholders, and leadership.

The mid-market salary range for this position is $53,150.00 to $59,055.00 annually. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
