The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the staff at our national headquarters in Washington DC., located a stone’s throw from the U.S. Capitol Building.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent years of experience in Payroll (at least 7 years experience)
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws (experience with unemployment filings, 941 returns)
- Ability to follow-up with Payroll provider regarding Tax filings and setup
- Experience working with a major payroll software solution (Ceridian, etc.)
