- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the chiropractor's calendar
- Maintain patient records and update medical history in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Process payments and handle billing tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the chiropractic office
-Hours MWF 3:30-7PM Tue 3-6PM
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic or medical office preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
