The Director of Marketing will spearhead our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and growth within the music and entertainment sectors. This role requires a blend of creative vision and analytical prowess to develop and implement marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate an enterprise B2B marketing strategy and implement it into the team
  • Brand Growth and Visibility Elevating the company's brand presence within the music and entertainment sectors is crucial. This involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that effectively communicate the brand's unique value proposition, differentiate it from competitors, and showcase its capabilities in producing high-quality custom merchandise. The Director of Marketing will need to leverage various channels, including digital media, influencer partnerships, and industry events, to maximize brand exposure and attract new clients
  • Lead Generation and Sales Support: Generating high-quality leads and supporting the sales team in converting these leads into loyal customers is essential for driving revenue growth. This priority includes creating targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients in the music and entertainment industry, optimizing the company's digital presence for lead capture, and developing sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product offerings and benefits. A strong alignment between marketing and sales strategies will be key to achieving business development goals
  • Data-Driven Marketing Optimization: Implementing a data-driven approach to continuously analyze the effectiveness OF MARKETING campaigns and strategies is vital for maximizing ROI and ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. This involves setting clear metrics for success, monitoring performance data, and leveraging insights from customer feedback and market trends to refine and optimize marketing tactics. The Director of Marketing will prioritize the use of analytics to inform decision-making, enabling the company to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences efficiently

Position Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
  • Lead the marketing team in the creation of engaging, industry-leading content and campaigns that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive online traffic and lead generation
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
  • Foster relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media to amplify our brand presence
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness OF MARKETING campaigns and make informed decisions to optimize future efforts
  • Champion our company culture, embodying our values of creativity, innovation, and collaboration in all marketing endeavors

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years OF MARKETING experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the music, entertainment, or fashion industries
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong digital marketing skills, with experience in SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
