SalaryThe Bloomington-Normal Spine Clinic is looking for a Chiropractic Office Assistant! The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure patients are taken to rooms, take notes, adjust table settings, set patients up on therapies, teach patients exercises. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients by name
- Take notes
- Room Patients
- Adjust tables
- Perform other office tasks such has cleaning.
- Check on insurance (we will teach you how to do this)
- Teach exercises and evaluate that exercises are done properly
- Put people on therapy machines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with people
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, fast learner and self motivated/self starter
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
$14-15 per hour
Chiropractic care provided by the office
Education:
High School or equivalent
