As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional patient care.
```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records accurately
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractor as needed
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
