Recreation Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Worker to join our team. As a Recreation Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to create a positive and memorable experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about recreational activities, and ensure their needs are met
- Coordinate and organize recreational programs and events for guests of all ages
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of recreational facilities
- Monitor the safety of guests during recreational activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

Pay: $19.08 - $22.98 per hour
