Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced chiropractors and support staff, contributing to the efficient operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Support chiropractors and therapists as needed during patient consultations and treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in holistic health and wellness
Schedule:
- Part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours per week)
