Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practice. Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients with a smile, ensuring a super friendly and professional atmosphere

- Cheerfully assist with patient intake, including obtaining health history and vitals.

- Cordially prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

-Willingly assist the doctor during patient visit and therapies

- Readily provide education to patients on exercises and home care instructions

- With a smile schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

- Skillfully maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Contentedly handle billing and insurance claims processing

- Enthusiastically perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care

- Ability to assess patients' needs and provide appropriate assistance

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in computer systems and software applications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
