Microsoft, a company that runs on trust, is seeking a motivated Ethics & Compliance Manager, who excels in building a compliance community focused on providing actionable risk-insights and driving effective risk mitigation. As part of the broader Audit Risk and Compliance (ARC) organization this role falls within the Central Controls & Compliance team (C&C) and will drive our strategy for the "OneCompliance" community empowering Microsoft's compliance teams to effectively mitigate company risks and foster a culture of trust, integrity, and continuous learning.
In collaboration with the Director of Central C&C, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the strategy of OneCompliance and establish robust interconnections between team, provide them with actionable insights and drive effective risk mitigation.

Finance Compliance IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Spearheading cross-organizational collaboration and fostering a unified OneCompliance Community to ensure consistent prioritization and engagement.
- Establishing the annual compliance rhythm and strategy for the compliance community, encompassing monthly/quarterly community engagement and the annual OneCompliance Summit.
- Creating robust interconnections between teams enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing and prioritized risk mitigation
- Contributing to the development of a holistic Compliance 360 overview that provides compliance teams and business leaders with risk themes, actionable inisghts and prioritized actions that lead to increased compliance outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field AND 4+ years of finance or financial compliance experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Finance or related field AND 6+ years of finance or financial compliance experience.
- Unwavering commitment to ethics, integrity, and accountability with the ability to maintain independence and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and proven experience in cross-group collaboration within a multicultural global environment.
- Robust project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large, complex projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing strategies to build a cohesive community across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and adept at influencing teams and leaders without direct authority.
- Ability to inspire and motivate compliance and business leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Deep analytical skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to take a proactive approach to tasks.
