Erp Data Analyst - Netsuite

Summary:

The ERP Data Analyst will be a part of supporting, documenting, and maintaining the ERP system and supporting applications. As part of the Corporate Information Technology team, this position will report to the ERP Services Manager and focus on ensuring data integrity and system functionality, working relatively independently. As a customer service-oriented individual, the ERP Administrator will leverage their experiences to solve problems, create and present training, and create reports to better utilize system data.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and review business requirements with leaders.
• Manage access in line with policy to ERP and supporting systems.
• Provide training and support to team members on utilizing NetSuite.
• Optimize and configure dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
• Draft, review, and execute testing to ensure functionality and data integrity for updates and changes to financial systems.
• Maintain access level controls to ensure data is only accessible to appropriate personnel.
• Customize forms, fields, workflows, and records to meet the organization's unique business requirements.
• Configure and maintain dashboards and reports to provide relevant insights to users.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access levels to ensure security and compliance.

Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years using NetSuite and associated financial systems
• Database management in a NetSuite cloud configuration
• Maintenance of thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Documenting and communicating changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Experience creating, editing, and manipulating data into summarized presentations.
• Conducts work assignments with limited direction.
• High level of integrity and discretion.

Desired Experience:

• Expense management and ERP interfaces.
• Accounting practices and financial reporting.
• Perform integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.
• Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
