Description:
Ascend Staffing is now hiring immediately for Assemblers in Cedar Park to build electronic filters.

Assembly Line Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Reviews work order and prints
Wraps thick copper wire around inductor cores per blueprints
Solders filter parts such as resistors and inductors to appropriate parts
Strip copper coating off wires
Test inductors and ensure all parts are to spec
Assembly Line Shift Info
Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Monday - Friday
Overtime may be required
Assembly Line Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Basic math skills and able to read a tape measure is required*
Good hand and arm strength to wrap copper wires around inductors
Experience with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as calipers and a tape measure
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
