We are looking for a Data Analyst who must have:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fiels (Required)
- Masters preferred
- Proven 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector or social services field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Must have a valid drivers license, ability to us a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
- Gather relevant data from variious sources, including internal databases, surveys, and external sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze large datasets to identy trends, patterns, and correlations related to program effectiveness, client outcomes, and service delivery.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance processes to endure data integrity and relaibility.
- Ensure compliane with relevant data privacy regulations and organizational plocies regarding data management and security.
